Can I try it for free?
Yes! You can try Taskstreamer for free.
For 30 days you can use all features of the 'Unlimited' license with the 'Getting started' team, epic, value group and value bucket model limits.
We ask no credit card data up front, you can just create a new workspace for your company and start.
Is my data save?
We know your initiatives and roadmap are extremely important to you and your business.
We take protecting them very seriously. This is why all communication over our network and to our users is secured with SSL.
Our servers are continuously monitored and protected by multiple firewalls to ensure the safety of your data.
What happens after the trial is over?
Your account will be converted into our free account automatically. You can use your free acount as long as you like.
If you want to go beyond the limits of the free account and keep all the extra features you can go to Account settings » Subscription details and activate your subscription.
This will be renewed automatically per month or year until you decide to cancel it.
Do I have to pay for extra users?
No! We do not charge anything for extra users.
You can add as many of them to a team or stakeholder group as you want. Only when you add a new team, your fee will change outside the free version.
Do I lose my data moving from a free to a paid account?
No, your free account will be turned into a paid account and you will keep all the data you have put into it.
Will I get support if I need it?
Of course. It is our main concern to let you use the Taskstreamer software with ease.

What are my payment options?
We use Paddle as our Payment Processor and offer the payment methods that are provided by them.
This includes major credit cards and PayPal.

What happens if I add teams during a payment period?
A new team will be billed for the partial period of the current payment period (month or year) once and from the next payment period be added to the total fee for the number of teams you have.
The precise calculation will be handled by our payment processor Paddle.
